Aly Karim, Founder and CEO Former investment banker at Societe Generale and Gordian Knot, Aly created and authored Quercus' Intellectual Property and developed the vision for the business.

Stephen McAlister, CTO Former Co-founder and Technology Director at Aspire Technology (now Concentrix) where he was responsible for the design and development of software solutions. Previous roles included Unilever and PepsiCo.

Liz Smith, CM0 Digital marketing specialist, formerly part of the team that launched Yahoo! into the UK market

Nik Chotai, Finance Director Formerly at Arthur Andersen, a CIMA qualified accountant who has worked with a number of startup, turnaround and high-growth organisations. Most recently involved in the turnaround and sale of Motors.co.uk from DMGT to Manheim Europe as Commercial Finance Director.

Stephen Whybrow, Non Executive Director Former Managing Partner of London law firm McKenna & Co (now CMS McKenna) and is a Commercial and IP law specialist.
